Offered as a set of practices that are targeted towards your well being, Yoga for Attention and Memory brings the necessary balance and clarity in your body and mind so that attention and memory function at their peak, enhancing your perceptive and cognitive abilities.

For those who have already attended the Upa Yoga programme, please note that this module includes selected practices from the latter, combined in a sequence that is specifically targeted for attention and memory enhancement.
